About Me 

Hi! I’m Isabela.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Virginia with a Masters of Public Policy. As a double Hoo, I also obtained my bachelors from UVA in Foreign Affairs and Studio Art.

I am Colombian born and raised, although I did “grow up” State-side. I speak fluent Spanish and English, and have advanced proficiency in French. I am interested in the intersection between humanitarian policy and visual story telling. Through both my professional and academic experiences, I have come to understand the importance of efficiently and effectively portraying an idea or issue.
